The blog is being attacked at the moment by a particular bot which seems to be able to get around the CAPTCHA (word thingy) to post comments. I am slightly more worried than I was a minute ago, because this bot was attacking my pattern announcement post in particular, and when I came to write THIS post, the wristwarmer post was suddenly a draft. It’s weird. One important thing to note is that if anyone has that post bookmarked (or any of the others), the links will no longer work because I changed the link structure. Previous posts have ended in something like /?p=84, but now all posts will have the date on them instead. I figured if it was targeting a link in particular that changing the link would stop the spam. I deleted about 10 comments to that post since yesterday morning, so here’s hoping this will stop it.

I also just want to mention that I’ve added some new blogs to my list on the right hand side. One is my friend Beth who is a spinner and dyer (amongst many other talents) and is currently making Kool Aid dyeing kits available to folks in the UK via her Etsy shop.
