The evil comment-spamming bots have found my blog. Imagine, if you will, being an author of a small blog. Getting emails that there are comments to moderate is breathtakingly exciting. So imagine how heartbreaking it is to find 56 comments in the course of a weekend that are all spam advertising cheap prescription drugs along with comments on how rape is so cool. So, although comment moderation keeps these things off my public blog, it’s still rather frustrating to have to mass-delete several comments a day.
And thus, the cryptographp was born. If you don’t mind, it’s only a teeny 4 letter code…easy to read and will only take a brief few more seconds of your time. Please keep commenting! If this keeps the bots away for a while, I may remove it and give it another go without.
In knitterly news, my alpaca poncho is 44 inches long now. Only 8 more inches to go! My dyes arrived and I can’t wait for the weather to become more stable so I can have a go at this. I also ordered a couple of Knitpicks’ Options needles. I have to say, the cable is amazingly flexible and non-annoying. The tips are a bit pointy, but as I’ll be using at least one set for a lace project, I can’t imagine this being a bad thing.
No pictures this time (sorry!) but I hope to have some nice ones to share soon!

take 6…
Buy p0rn from us and lots of v1agra 2!
I personally am offended by your criptograph requirement!!!! How else am I supposed to learn about exotic herbal supplements that will improve my performance/stop hair loss/grow my toenails in stripey colors, if not through mass-produced blog entries???
BTW, LOL Matt
